Gwenhwyfar Dunne-Henry
Founder, Psychologist & Lead TheraCoach
From her beginnings working in military research and then human profiling, Gwen built on her behavioural psychology work and moved into Organisational Psychology. Training in Kaizen in Japan, then as a Strengths Coach, Green Belt Six Sigma and then executive coaching, Gwen’s work in Chief Roles and projects made her realise that all these things combined were required to help organisations perform.
Working as a coach to leaders across the globe, Gwen recognised that coaching could not work with the ‘whole human experience’, and that therapy, behavioural psychology and coaching all have their limitations when used in isolation. And so, she combined them to create her own unique approach and made the decision to retrain as a doctor of psychotherapy.
This has resulted in Gwen being one of the most sought after executive coaches and organisational change project leaders in the business community*. When not with her family, Gwen works where she can with refugee and minority communities who may not have access to such support.

Natascha Armleder
TheraCoach, Trainee Existential Psychotherapist & Doctoral Student
From her initial psychology background in the US, Natascha has worked across the US, Switzerland, and the UK. She speaks both French and English fluently. Natascha enjoys working with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, and can be contacted at Natascha@divinitiv.com
She is currently completing her Doctoral Studies in Psychotherapy (UK) and is available remotely and for clients outside of the UAE for TheraCoaching. Natascha works one-on-one.

Emma Mustill
Specialist Employment & Media Lawyer
Emma is an experienced employment solicitor who gives clear practical advice and solutions on a wide variety of non-contentious employment matters within the a variety of industries, including TV & Film.
Working with British law, Emma has extensive experience of supporting employers with the full range of HR issues and helping them achieve their goals while considering risk, reputation and wider commercial factors within the film & TV, media and publishing industries.
After a degree in Law and Anthropology at SOAS, University of London, Emma took a Master of Laws from The Institute of Advanced Legal studies. She formerly worked for Lewis Silkin, Eversheds (City) & Foot Anstey. Aside from her work with Reviewed and Cleared, Emma runs a collection of holiday spaces by the sea in the far west of Cornwall.
Muna Al Mazaami
Specialist Advisor - Learning & Emiratisation
With over 15 years of Human Resources experience covering Talent, Learning, Development of Programmes, HR Systems, and Engagement, Muna is a leader in her field and is passionate about Emiratisation that truly makes an impact. She is known to drive change and spends a great deal of time mentoring others.
Muna advises Divinitiv on initiatives pertaining to Emiratisation but also on Nationalisation programmes outside of the UAE. She inspires the team at Divinitiv to reach out and support communities and populations that may need Divinitiv.
Poppy Andrews
Marketing & Project Intern
Poppy not only drives the marketing inspiration behind Divinitiv, but also gets involved in day-to-day corporate projects in the UK and USA. She is behind the amazing videos here at Divinitiv, and when not working with us she is on set in the film industry supporting a wide range of films.
From Cornwall, her passion for psychology and getting things done makes her an invaluable team member.
Chelsea Gregory
Project Assistant
Chelsea currently supports with our US and UK organisational projects. Aside from administration and organisation, Chelsea leads research areas for Divinitiv.
She is currently completing her Psychology Studies and training in Coaching. Chelsea is originally from Australia and is a proud mother and business woman.
